Structuring out the steps to Add Agent in UVdesk Open Source:

General Page:

                                   

  • Login to your Helpdesk Dashboard.

  • Click on Agent in User Section.

  • Now click on New Agent.

  • Upload Profile Image, First Name, Last Name, Email ID, Designation, Contact Number, Signature

  • Click in Account Section to make Agent's Account Active.

  • Now click on Save Changes.

Group Page:

                                 

  • Assign required Group to your Agent (you will get Default Group by default).

  • Add Agent in Team if required and click on Save Changes.

Permission Page:

                                  

Role:

Grant Administrator or Agent role based on your business need to your Support Agent.

Agent Privileges:

Give default privilege or pre-created privilege to your Agent based on the roles and responsibilities to access your helpdesk system (you will get Default Privileges by default)

Ticket View:

Give Ticket View Access to your Agent, based on below-given scope:

  • Global Access

  • Group Access

  • Team Access

  • Individual Access
