How to enable create ticket option for customer?

In order to enable Create Ticket option on your UVdesk front-end

  • Log in to your UVdesk Helpdesk Dashboard

  • Go to Settings, and then click on Branding option. 

  • Under Branding, click on Knowledgebase section.

  • Scroll down to the bottom, further which you will get the various option. 

  • If you want to enable Create Ticket option, kindly check the Ticket Create Option.

  • If you want the user to have to log in first and then they can create a ticket, please tick Login Required To Create Tickets.
