In reference to share Prepared Responses with the group and team member perform below mentioned quick action:
Login to your UVdesk Dashboard.
Now go to the productivity section.
Click on Prepared Responses.
And then create New Prepared Responses.
There will be the option for groups and teams.
Selecting the group and team you can share Prepared Responses with your group and team member.
