The procedure of Managing Application Payments for Shopify Helpdesk

After the expiry of your trial, your billing will start for the UVdesk Plan.

Your plan related payment will be done on Shopify.

After payment, you're authorized to use all the features of Enterprise Plan.

Note After the expiry of your trial plan, you'll get the below-mentioned option for the payment:

Recurring Payment:

Enterprise Plan will be activated for the two agents and the price of this plan is $18 Per Agent Per Month.

So the base price will be $36 Per Month which is fixed and will come under the monthly recurring payment.

UVdesk won't allow the usage of "UVdesk eCommerce Helpdesk"App in the case of fewer than two agents.

Manual Payment:

This will be applied as per the usage. For example, if you need more than two agents then you have to make payment for every additional agent over the two manually and the payment will be on monthly basis.

Multi-Store Support:

If you already have a helpdesk account that you would like to use across multiple stores, using this app, store owners can pre-configure their Shopify UVdesk connector prior to installing the application on Store so that it connects with your helpdesk account during installation instead of creating a new helpdesk account.

Managing Application Payments:

If you don't have any extensions pre-configured, a new helpdesk account would be created for the respective store. This comes with a 30 days trial of Shopify Enterprise Plan. Once the trial period expires, payments for you helpdesk plan will be handled by Shopify through the UVdesk connector application.

Managing Application Payments for Existing Helpdesk

If you have any extensions pre-configured, payments for you helpdesk plan will be handled by Shopify through the application based on the following conditions:

If you have an existing active plan, no changes will be made to your existing billing cycle. As soon as your current plan expires, your current helpdesk will be switched to the Shopify Enterprise Plan, following which you'll be prompted to proceed with payments on Shopify.

If you are using a trial plan, your helpdesk will be switched to the Shopify Enterprise Plan towards the end of your trial subscription, following which you'll be prompted to proceed with payments on Shopify.

If your current plan subscription has expired, your helpdesk will be switched to the Shopify Enterprise Plan, following which you'll be prompted to proceed with payments on Shopify.

Note: Multi-Store support is only available for the Shopify Enterprise Plan. If you are integrating your helpdesk across multiple Shopify Stores, you can select a primary store to manage payments with. This will ensure that you only have to pay for the application usage once across multiple stores.
