UVdesk - How to configure Yahoo with Mailbox?

Video Tutorial for a mailbox set-up using Yahoo Mail:

Steps to set up a mailbox using Yahoo Mail:

• Login to your UVdesk Support Panel.
• Click on the "Mailbox" Icon and then you will be redirected to a new page.
• Hit the "New Mailbox" button and then a pop-up will come up.
• Enter Mailbox Name & Mailbox Address and then hit on Proceed button.

• Another window pops up where a secret mail is present which you have to copy.

• Log in to Yahoo Mail account, select settings as illustrated in the image.

• Now click on the setting button as shown in below snapshot.

• Another page opens up where you have to click on mailbox option as shown below.
• Just click on Forward option then paste the secret mail address and click on verify the address.

• You will receive a confirmation message in the support portal.

• By opening that message you will get a verification link, click on it.

• You will get the success message of e-mail verification and then emails sent to Yahoo email address will be forwarded to the Ticket System as tickets.

Note : Now in free yahoo mail account this forwarding option is not available.
