Login to your Helpdesk Dashboard.
Click on Agent in User Section.
Now click on New Agent.
Upload Profile Image, First Name, Last Name, Email ID, Designation, Contact Number, Signature
Click in Account Section to make Agent's Account Active.
Now click on Save Changes.
Assign required Group to your Agent (you will get Default Group by default).
Add Agent in Team if required and click on Save Changes.
Role:
Grant Administrator or Agent role based on your business need to your Support Agent.
Agent Privileges:
Give default privilege or pre-created privilege to your Agent based on the roles and responsibilities to access your helpdesk system (you will get Default Privileges by default)
Ticket View:
Give Ticket View Access to your Agent, based on below-given scope:
Global Access
Group Access
Team Access
Individual Access
