UVdesk - Box

Box allows you to create and edit new or existing files, save them to your Box account, and share them with others.

Integrate Box with UVdesk and start delivering ultimate customer support by sharing files without size limitation for complete information.

Box attachment with the UVdesk is pretty much easy and no size limitation of the file. You can provide the same to your customer while creating the ticket.

Let me explain the complete process in the detail below steps-

• Login to your UVdesk Support Panel.
• On the Dashboard, you will see "APP CENTRE" menu and under it, you will find "Box".
• You will see 3 tabs- Overview, Documentation & Configure
• In the "Overview" section, you will see Install button.
• Click on that button and Box will get installed.

• Alternately, for uninstalling the app, go to Box "Overview" section then click on Uninstall button.

• Configuring and installing Box App is simple.
• Just Install this App to Start Adding Attachments from Your Box Account.
• After Installing this app, Agent(s) and customer(s) can add Box Attachments in their tickets and replies.
