UVdesk Helpdesk - Sign Up Flow

In this article, we are going to see how new customers can register themself in UVdesk and use our SAAS module.

• Go to uvdesk.com and click on the Sign-Up button.

• To get started with UVdesk, enter the email address from which you want to sign up for your account and click on the Get Started button. 

• Now, you will get an OTP on the registered email id. Copy the OTP as shown in the below image. 

• Enter the OTP and click on the Verify OTP. If the entered OTP is not correct then you can also resend the code. By clicking on the change email address you can also change your email id. 

• When signing up for UVdesk SAAS helpdesk, after confirming your email with an OTP, you'll be asked to provide basic info like your name, phone number, organization name, and subdomain as shown in the below snapshots. 

• Please wait for a while to set up your account with the helpdesk. 

• Once you've successfully registered, a success message will appear. Now you can visit the dashboard and knowledgebase account. 

• If you click on the Visit dashboard, a screen will appear as shown in the below snapshots. Enter with registered email ID. If you have forgotten your password, then click on the recover your password.

• If you visit Knowledgebase, then this will appear on the screen. 

 Once your helpdesk setup is complete, you'll receive an email titled 'Welcome to UVdesk: Setup Account Credentials.' Inside that email, click the login link to set a password for your helpdesk. After that, you can log in easily with your new password.

Please Note: If you decide not to continue, you must notify us within 30 days. Otherwise, the account will be debited automatically.
