When you want to forward any conversation to the agents then "Forward" option will be helpful in that situation.

Steps to forward any conversation:

Just open up the conversation which you would like to forward. There will be an icon for forwarding on the right side of the conversation as described below.

Another text editor window with the conversation which you have selected will appear on the screen.
Add the Cc and Bcc fields .

Hit the Forward button and your message will be sent to the desired destination.
