How can support staff add collaborators in the ticket?

Open the ticket in which you want to add the collaborator.

On the left side of the ticket, there is an option to add the collaborator.
Only put email id of collaborator and press enter.

How can customer add collaborator?

Login to your customer panel.

Open the ticket in which you want to add collaborator

Put the email id of the collaborator and press enter.
