In this article, I will explain how to configure Gmail with Mailbox.

Steps to set up a mailbox using Gmail Mail:

• Login to your UVdesk Support Panel.
• Click on the "Mailbox" Icon and then you will be redirected to a new page.
• Hit the "New Mailbox" button and then a pop-up will come up.
• Enter your Mailbox Name and mailbox Address and then hit on Proceed button.

• Another window pops up where a secret mail is present which you have to copy.

Steps to setup mailbox in Gmail:

• Firstly, sign in to your Gmail account.
• Go to the settings section as marked in the image.

• Under settings, click on Forwarding and POP/IMAP and hit on Add a forwarding address.

•  Paste the secret mail which you have copied from the mailbox creation section over it and hit on next.

• A pop-up window will open up for confirmation of forwarding address, you have to click on proceed button.

• A confirmation message will be sent to the support portal.

• Open that message, you will see the confirmation code which you have to copy.

•  Enter that code in the verified column of Gmail setting section.

• Take a look at the POP Download and select the first option in order to make Save Changes button enabled. 

• Click on Save Changes button.
• That's it.
