UVdesk - Understanding Manage Segment

After you login into UVdesk Portal then you will see Segmented Controls- one segment is called Manage and another segment is called as Activity.

In this article, we will understand about the Manage Control.

There is an "App Search based" Search Box which will provide you instant search result when you will type any keyword or any alphabet. 

For example, if I typed alphabet "T" then I will get the all the UVdesk Menu which starts with the alphabet "T".

On the left side, you will see a Sidebar with menus for Home, Tickets, Tasks, Knowledgebase, Reports, & Installed Apps. On clicking on any menu, it will take you the respective page.

Lastly, you will see various menus on the dashboard of UVdesk. You can click on those menus and check their features.
