In the basic plan of UVdesk Helpdesk, there are predefined email templates. So basically if you want, you can edit the existing templates but cannot create any new email template. Customizable email templates are allowed only in Pro and Enterprise plan. If you are looking to test UVdesk features with its full capabilities, you should go for Pro and Enterprise version.
