How can support staff add collaborators in the ticket?

  • Open the ticket in which you want to add the collaborator.

  • On the left side of the ticket, there is an option to add the collaborator.
  • Only put email id of collaborator and press enter.

 

How can customer add collaborator?

  • Login to your customer panel.

  • Open the ticket in which you want to add collaborator

  • Put the email id of the collaborator and press enter.
