How to add Collaborators in ticket?
How can support staff add collaborators in the ticket?
- Open the ticket in which you want to add the collaborator.
- On the left side of the ticket, there is an option to add the collaborator.
- Only put email id of collaborator and press enter.
How can customer add collaborator?
- Login to your customer panel.
- Open the ticket in which you want to add collaborator
- Put the email id of the collaborator and press enter.
