Quick steps for change Ticket Thread Number -
Step 1 - Login to UVdesk dashboard.
Step 2 - Click on Company in Setting section.

Step 3 - When you enter in Company section you will see Next Ticket ID option, enter ticket Id number.
Step 4 - Now, Click on Save changes.
