In order to enable Create Ticket option on your UVdesk front-end
Log in to your UVdesk Helpdesk Dashboard
Go to Settings, and then click on Branding option.
Under Branding, click on Knowledgebase section.
Scroll down to the bottom, further which you will get the various option.
If you want to enable Create Ticket option, kindly check the Ticket Create Option.
If you want the user to have to log in first and then they can create a ticket, please tick Login Required To Create Tickets.
