Ticket List mass actions mean to perform some sort of actions on a couple of tickets at the same time to save time and resources.

How to perform a mass action on the Ticket List Page?

• On the Ticket List page, you will see the check box with every ticket.
• After selecting the required tickets, you will see mass actions on the top of the ticket list.
• Now, through these ticket lists, you can assign multiple tickets to a single Agent at a time, assign Group, Team, change the Status, Priority, Label and Delete them.
