What are the Ticket List mass actions?

Ticket List mass actions mean to perform some sort of actions on a couple of tickets at the same time to save time and resources.

How to perform a mass action on the Ticket List Page?

On the Ticket List page, you will see the check box with every ticket.
After selecting the required tickets, you will see mass actions on the top of the ticket list.
Now, through these ticket lists, you can assign multiple tickets to a single Agent at a time, assign Group, Team, change the Status, Priority, Label and Delete them.
