Forwarding the conversation

When you want to forward any conversation to the agents then "Forward" option will be helpful in that situation.

Steps to forward any conversation:

  • Just open up the conversation which you would like to forward. There will be an icon for forwarding on the right side of the conversation as described below.


  • Another text editor window with the conversation which you have selected will appear on the screen.
  • Add the Cc and Bcc fields .


  • Hit the Forward button and your message will be sent to the desired destination.
